? ? ? 你的名字、工作都寫在履歷上了，面試官最關(guān)心的也不是你家有幾個人，從最精采的地方開始吧，你的故事、能力、成就如何證明你能勝任這份工作。

? ? ? 這是你職涯藍圖中的理想工作，還是你只是來過個水？如果計畫繼續(xù)待在這里，刻畫出你的成長，例如，現(xiàn)在面試的是專員（account executive），5年后你希望自己成為總監(jiān)（account director），負責(zé)那些具體客戶。計畫不確定沒關(guān)系，但要讓面試官理解你對這份工作的重視，至少會穩(wěn)定在這里多久的時間。

? ? （弱） I work too hard.

? ? （普） Not that I can think of so far.

? ? （普） I'm too much of a perfectionist sometimes.

? ? （強）My tolerance can be low when my team members do not meet the basic requirement at work. To me, mistakes are acceptable, but not lacking self-discipline. In these cases, I communicate with the members in private and figure out how I can help each of them.

? ? ? ?硬把優(yōu)點說成弱點，讓人覺得虛假、無法意識到自己的問題?；卮饝?yīng)該要誠實而有策略：合理說明自己的弱點，一定要補充為了改善，正進行那些努力。比起陳述情緒上的弱點，陳述自己不擅處理的狀況，更容易被接受。

? ? ? 盡力是基本，對老板或員工來說都是?？辞宄@份工作的內(nèi)容、招聘條件，回溯自己的經(jīng)驗，找到對應(yīng)的例子。「事/能力set me apart from 人」是好用的句型，突顯你和其他求職者的不同。
