1、此管理職位將協(xié)助建筑總監(jiān)開(kāi)展工作，重點(diǎn)在于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與協(xié)調(diào)建筑項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)，保證設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量，完成生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)并為客戶提供后期服務(wù)支持及咨詢。協(xié)助監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)建筑師及助理建筑師工作，并負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)。 This management position will support the activities of the director and focus primarily on construction design, management of the design process and quality control for a variety of architectural projects. Responsible for creative design concepts, consultant coordination and client support. Supervise and mentor architects, intern architects and offer trainings. 2、5年以上正規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)院/設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所項(xiàng)目全過(guò)程工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有參與大型項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉國(guó)家規(guī)范及項(xiàng)目流程。少工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者如俱備卓越建筑設(shè)計(jì)能力也可作考慮； Minimum 5 years of work experience in qualified Design Institute, design experience with large-scale projects; understanding of national building codes and standard architectural practices; candidates who have less working experience but have strong design skill are to be considered; 3、良好的統(tǒng)籌拓展業(yè)務(wù)與談判能力，誠(chéng)信穩(wěn)重，善于應(yīng)變，綜合素質(zhì)佳； Good business management, expanding and negotiation skill; good communication skill with client and understand client's requirement correctly; 4、熟練掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、3D Max、Sketch-Up、Microsoft Office等相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件； Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, etc. is important; 5、有優(yōu)秀的中英雙語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及寫(xiě)作能力者，有境外學(xué)習(xí)、工作或外資公司工作背景者優(yōu)先。 Strong Mandarin-English communication skills and proficiency in technical terms in English (oral and written) are preferred; working in an international firm and/or oversea education experience is preferred.
