Responsibilities 職責(zé) 1.Responsible for development, evaluation and prioritization of potential business opportunities. 負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)、評(píng)估和力爭(zhēng)潛在的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。 2.Represent the company at industry and partnering conferences. 代表公司參加行業(yè)和合作會(huì)議。 3.Client relationship maintenance. 客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)。 4.Participate company business developing strategy, execution plan developing and periodic review. 參與公司的商務(wù)拓展策略、執(zhí)行方案制定及定期審核調(diào)整。 5.Leading/Supporting proposal initiating and preparation 主導(dǎo)/支持投標(biāo)方案準(zhǔn)備及提交。 Qualifications and skills 資格和技能： 1.Bachelor’s degree in business developing, Industry Engineering and/or relevant. 市場(chǎng)拓展、工業(yè)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位。 2.At least 10 years work experience in Semiconductor/ Pharmaceutical industry, sounded experiences in business/project opportunity developing, commercial negotiation is preferred. 至少10年以上半導(dǎo)體/生物技術(shù)/制藥行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有主導(dǎo)合作意向談判經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 3.Strong communication and presentation skills, English oral and writing is preferred. 具有非常好的溝通和表達(dá)能力，具有英語口語和寫作能力者優(yōu)先。 4.Ability to work with cross functional teams. 能夠跨職能部門合作。
