1、室內(nèi)、建筑設(shè)計等相關(guān)設(shè)計類專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷； 2、能夠參與室內(nèi)項目的方案構(gòu)思與設(shè)計，具備較強的創(chuàng)意和策劃能力，并提交滿足客戶要求的設(shè)計方案； 3、能夠跟蹤整個工程項目直到完工驗收；解決施工實地發(fā)生的設(shè)計問題； 4、熟悉設(shè)計與施工的相關(guān)專業(yè)規(guī)范；對設(shè)計后續(xù)的施工工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)及材料材質(zhì)有一定的了解及運用經(jīng)驗； 5、具備良好的溝通能力、應(yīng)變處理能力及團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，能夠與業(yè)主、供應(yīng)商、材料商以及相關(guān)專業(yè)公司高效****** 7、良好的英語和普通話聽說讀寫能力。 Qualifications i. Bachelor's degree or higher in interior and architecture design or related majors. ii. Creates and develops overall design concepts. Create design presentation strategies and makes presentations. iii. Supervise and control the process from design concept to construction. iv. Familiar the requirements of the design specifications and the basic local Chinese standard. v. Good interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills, ability to cooperate effectively with clients, suppliers, materials suppliers and other companies. vi. Experienced user of AutoCAD,SketchUp,Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape and Microsoft Office. vii. Strong verbal and written language skills in both English and Mandarin.
