崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibilities: 1.　　 熟練使用建筑能源環(huán)境模擬相關(guān)軟件包括不限于CAD, Rhino, Revit, Design Builder, Energy Plus； 2.　　 具有DGNB，PHI或者LEED綠色建筑咨詢工程師資質(zhì)； 3.　　 能針對(duì)項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地特色和微氣候數(shù)據(jù)分析建模，提出低影響的低碳綜合技術(shù)策略和路徑； 4.　　 能在近零能耗項(xiàng)目方案設(shè)計(jì)階段提出不同的能耗模擬情形和核心建筑參數(shù)； 5.　　 能在正能源建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)階段提出不同的能耗模擬情形和核心建筑參數(shù)； 6.　　 熟練計(jì)算建筑全生命周期LCA的碳排放模擬計(jì)算； 7.　　 具有熟練完成國內(nèi)綠色建筑三星或等同級(jí)別的定位策劃及預(yù)評(píng)估報(bào)告，以及實(shí)施綠色建筑技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 8.　　 具有熟練完成國內(nèi)綠色建筑三星或同等級(jí)別的項(xiàng)目地塊室內(nèi)、外風(fēng)環(huán)境模擬分析及優(yōu)化報(bào)告； 9.　　 具有深化設(shè)計(jì)國內(nèi)綠色建筑三星或同等級(jí)別的符合性評(píng)估建議及審圖報(bào)告的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 10.　　 積極配合技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，技術(shù)管理和協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的施工調(diào)試需要的相關(guān)場(chǎng)地技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)支持； 11.　　 勝任工作主要職責(zé)，并且有卓越的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)袖表現(xiàn)。 任職要求 Job requirements： 1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，建筑學(xué)（可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)方向），建筑環(huán)境與能源應(yīng)用，智能建筑與數(shù)據(jù)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；具有5年以上在北歐國家建筑能源領(lǐng)域相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； Master's degree or above, major in gardening, landscape design, environmental art, etc.; more than 5 years relevant work experiences in the sustainable building design and consultation sections in Nordic countries ; 2、掌握各類CFD,IES-VE設(shè)計(jì)繪圖技術(shù)，具備CFD設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)知識(shí)和技能； Master all kinds of CFD,IES-VE simulation and mapping techniques, with expertise and skills in green building scenarios simulations concept vision; 3、具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力，能短時(shí)間掌握公司理念，融入公司環(huán)境； Strong learning ability, able to master the company concept in a short time, and integrate into the company environment 4、能對(duì)負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行方案匯報(bào)，能在專業(yè)技術(shù)會(huì)議或討論中邏輯清晰的表述專業(yè)問題和解決辦法，獲得甲方認(rèn)可；能用中英文準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)中出現(xiàn)的問題； Can make the project presentation, can clearly express professional problems and solutions in professional technical meetings or discussions, and obtain the approval of client; can accurately express the problems in the design in both Chinese and English. 5、熟練使用CAD, Rhino, Revit, Design Builder, Energy Plus等能耗模擬計(jì)算軟件； Skilled in energy simulations and calculation software such as CAD, Rhino, Revit, Design Builder, Energy Plus, etc.
